Ms.Kiani, an occupational therapist has made such a positive impact on our autistic 4-year-old's daily life. She has helped him overcome refusals with everyday activities, and one of his biggest achievements has been toothbrushing. Through her patience, encouragement, and individualized approach, she has helped make these routines less stressful and more manageable for our family. My son has been attending speech therapy here for quite some time, and I couldn't be happier with the progress he's made. His therapist, Miss Emily, is absolutely wonderful. It's clear that she genuinely cares about both her work and the children she helps.

She makes every session engaging, fun, and interactive, to the point where my son gets excited to come and "play with Miss Emily." Her ability to connect with him has made such a positive difference in his speech development.

I also appreciate how she takes the time to communicate with us as parents after sessions. She explains his progress, answers our questions, and ensures we understand the goals and strategies being used so we can support him at home.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication we've received here. I highly recommend Infinity Kids to any family looking for supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate therapists.

Finding the right therapeutic environment for an autistic child has been overwhelming but from the moment I walked into the Placentia location, I knew this was the right place for my son Thomas. His occupational therapists Kiani, and Maddy have done an amazing job. Thomas can now brush his teeth, shower, and put on his own clothes. Thomas was frustrated with communicating his needs but his speech therapist Samantha has turned things around. Her encouragement of the use of the AAC device has made a huge difference for Thomas in how he communicates his needs. She has guided me and my wife on how to use the device with so much patience and empathy. I highly recommend the AAC device for kids that have difficulty communicating their needs. Kiani, Maddy and Samantha are incredibly patient, kind, and make every session feel like fun. They also support us as parents. After every session, they take the time to debrief and give us practical, real-world strategies to carry over at home. Our family is so grateful for everything Ms. Thanh-Ai has done for our daughter. When she first started, she relied heavily on scripting and had difficulty engaging in natural conversations. While she still scripts at times, the growth we've seen has been incredible. She is now having more spontaneous and meaningful conversations, expressing herself more naturally, and connecting with others in ways we weren't sure would come soon.

Ms. Thanh-Ai has been patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping her succeed. She creates such a positive and supportive environment that makes our daughter feel comfortable. Our daughter's Occupational Therapist, Kiani, has made such a meaningful difference in my daughter's daily life. Before starting therapy, she struggled with basic self-help tasks like getting dressed independently. Now she can put on her own clothes, shoes, and even brush her teeth by herself. These may seem like small milestones to some people, but for our family they are huge accomplishments.

Kiani has been incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the process. She knows how to challenge our daughter while still making sessions enjoyable and supportive. The progress we've seen has given our daughter more confidence and independence, and we are so thankful for the care and dedication she brings to every session. We truly couldn't recommend her more.

We have had a positive experience with the therapy team and are grateful for the support our son has received through speech, OT, and PT services. One thing we really appreciate is that therapy is child-led and centered around each child's needs and interests. Our son genuinely enjoys going to therapy, which says so much about the environment they have created.
We especially want to recognize Kristy, Dana, Kiani, and Emily for their patience, kindness, and dedication. They have all played a role in supporting his growth and making therapy a positive experience for our family. We also appreciate how welcomed and known our son feels -- even staff members who do not directly provide his services know him by name. It truly feels like they care about the children and families they work with.
